Design: The project is based on the Illumina HiSeq/Illumina MiSeq/NextSeq 500 high-throughput sequencing platform and uses a Whole Genome Shotgun (WGS) strategy to randomly break the extracted total genomic DNA of the colony into short fragments and construct a library of suitable length inserts. Paired-end (PE) sequencing was performed on these libraries.
